Dr. Hartman was the first of 4 dermatologists to agree to treat my vitiligo. The first 3 all told me there was nothing that could be done for it. He has actively treated my vit with topical treatments, moving to NB UVB, worked with my insurance to get approval for a home lightbox, and was even willing to do depigmentation if I felt the need. He is a very good and understanding doctor.
