Dr. Muramatsu’s office says that he is willing to treat or counsel on just about any treatment/procedure. Being Kaiser, I suspect the treatments actually offered will be limited but, again, he would be willing to counsel on anything not offered. As you know, when you have Kaiser, you’re pretty much locked into what they offer and if you go outside their network, you’re on your own.
