    hi van,

Is ur daughter using UVB or UVB NB..
i am woundering abut the 15 mints..
i see usually it is not more than 3 to 4 mints..how long she is taking.. and how old patches are they..
happy to hear abt ur daughter repigmentation..
    These word really gives confidence..

    Thanks.

Any body has any idea, can i expose to sun as well when i am taking UVB NB.
say one day uvb nb and next day sun ….

i wounder this.. so many people says for the new coming patches XTRACT Laser may not suitble, but UVB NB light works..
XTRACT injects UVB NB rays deeper into the skin through Laser..
I mean the content going into ths skin is same in boththe case, infat XTRACT is more powerfull..

Please dont mind that I am asking too many questions, tough i have read most recent messges on this form , still have some doubts..
    Coming to diet, plzz,

    1. Is Milkl not sugguestable to take ?? i read some where on this form. i take lots milk daily.
    2. Ya, i know, should not take Citrus.. like lemon, pickles.. derm told me take Vitimin C, but i saw most of the vitimin C tablts comes with Citrus flavour..i dont know i can take this or not ??
    3. Curd ?? tomota ??
    4. Any other major ones please ??

i see most people got repigmented with sun..
Is that we need to take any tablets or cream befor getting sun ??

    Thanks for all ur help.

    thanks for your valuable information..
its really going to help me..
from the last 2 days i am continepusly reading all the messges in this form and got so much information..
i am facing very tough time to meet a derm here, bcaz usually appoint waiting time to meet derm here in US is aleast 4 weeks..

    thanks a lot again..

in reply to: hi a new entry into this group..needs ur help #138823

    Hi naresh,
If preemployment medical test is ur concern, you no need to worry at all. I am very sure you wont have any issues, b’caz i too undergone for a medical test at Chennai, TCS, toough i did’nt join there. There was no issues in my Medical repot at all.
Basically they will test ur blood , urine test, height, weight and will take one X-ray.
And even inside the Office Environment you no need to worry at all.
Every one will be good to you.
Though i don’t have much visible patches(now it started on my eyes and ankels), one of my collegue has most, and he is treated just like others.
