instead of doing nothing and criticising any one, try the thing yourself and then say NO that it dint work with u, unless u try how can u know , brother, there are many peple who are benefited by doing his simple breating exe, and vitis like us are not the exception, and remember that u are not paying any money for it , unlike your f****** so callled skin specialist takes every time to prescribe a bogus treatment which always fails, when u visit him, follow it and see the diff it makes to your leuco.

its been 3 months i am talking his medication, its

Arogyavardhini Vati (skin and liver tonic)
Kaishore Guggal ( removes toxin from the system)

Bakuchi powder (natural psoralin)

Kayakalp Vati (his patent medi for Skin Disorders)
Khariraristha ( Decotation of herbal extracts for skin mainly Kher (acasia catechu) in it) sweet in taste

Mahamanjisthadi Kawath liquid form ( Decotation of 40 herbs , as mentioned on the bottle) its sweet in taste

Also i am drinking Gaumutra, Cow urine early in the morning – i take it as a bio enhanser (doubles effects of other medications) as the latest research says…

Also Black pepper(again a bio enhanser) and kalijiri (vernonia anthelmintica, which is a patent herb for leucoderma) (started only since last 20 days)

Well i am following very strict diet regulation of not having common salt and sugar in my diet, only home made foods, i believe in curing vitiligo from the roots , so local application of psoralin is not something i will go for, althoug occasionaly if time permits i dont mind exposing my patches to sunlight.

i have seen some result on my wrist where 2 small spots are cured, and very little in one of my finger. No increase since 3 months

hi,

i have started his medi as well as the pranayam, lets see what effect it shows…
basically its PUVA, + many herbal medis… also drinking distillation of COW URINE might be of use , which i do every morning.
