[/QUOTED]Hi Van …
You are always an inspiration to me. You are a very good mom & very nice person. Cheer yourself up. I know it’s hard. I have always experienced that more worried I am about my son a more spot I see on him. Your daughter is so bright, beautiful & full of life; this will not bother her at all. Wishing your daughter lots of love & happiness. Take care.
… Asha

They ask pregnant women to take tums if they have mornig sickness . If you go to http://www.tums.com/about_history.asp there you will find more about it. There are couple more web sites you should check out http://www.cdhnf.org/index.html. & http://www.wholehealthmd.com/news/viewarticle/1%2C1513%2C15%2C00.html hope that helps.

I wanted to ask u if u are giving something to ur son for his digestive prob…
[/QUOTED]Nothing specifically for digestion. But my sister just mention that she read somewhere that giving lots of sweet yogurt helps people with skin conditions. Does swinzle take lot of yogurt? i think it promotes digestion too.We don’t get yogurt like India here. I mostly buy organic stuff for my son. I give him his daily dosage of vitamins; I try juicing apple, carrots & celery every other day. I make spinach every other day. I give him fiber rich breakfast every morning. New thing I added is ground flax seeds to his cereal every morning. I don’t have any knowledge about digestive enzymes; do not know if they are safe for kids. I want to learn more about it though. Another thing people with digestive problems need to chew their food properly. Is your daughter doing that ? I have to tell my son about chewing food properly every time while he is eating.I try not to give lot of food to my son once at a time. i give him little portions through out the day. I would like my son to eat more fruits but he simply does not like anything other than banana. Also I am a vegeterian. My son eats chicken & eggs may be once a week. So I have to cook whole Indian vegiterian meal every day to get him compleate protins. I also try to give him fresh food every day. thats all I do. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the kind words. I felt really good after reading your post. This site is a great help. Most people need some one to give them emotional support while dealing with Vitiligo. I have stopped worring too much about it. but once in a while it haunts me.
I wish you & your family all the happiness, love & blessings …….
Asha.

My son is on homeopathy treatment for past 3 years.I would say he was pretty stable for past 3years. But we were not following our vitamin regime as religiously as we should have had. And suddenly this summer his vit is sperading fast. Another thing is he use to be vey fair skinned but whole summer he was swimming so he is tanned a lot may be his spots are more visable now. Anywhere his skin becomes dry he looses pigment. His lips are pretty dry & they are discolored now. It feels like vitiligo is a constant battle & you have to be on it all the time if you loose your focous from it , it becomes even more aggressive. I wish some day i can spend my day or sleep better in night without worring about whether i have done everything i suppose to do for him for that day.
I am glad that your daughter is very confident about herself. My son is sensetive.I am worried how he will come up in life with this.Any way I also have lerned to live a day at a time. Thanks for your kind words.
Asha.

I don’t have any idea about it though. But if you consider Dr. Pearl Grimes You are more than welcome to stay with us here in Los Angeles California. She works here in LA. I always liked Dr. Grimes, she has extensive knowledge about verious treatments & options. Lastly Before considering Depigmention have you ever considered going for pseudocatalase by Dr. Schallreuter for swinzel?
