      hi hardeep,
      this is sweety here. i was using garlic it is a very good product and it helped me a lot controlling my vit… but i stopped using it because it was a tedious process and i did not have so much of time to spend on it……now i am on alopathinc medicines…….its also a good option…… well good luck with garlic……..i know it will work for you……well it does not matter how u apply it…….its just that the juice should touch your skin for a long time…….and it will do its work……

        hi gina , i am fine. just a little tensed about what to do and what not to do.
        well i want to join national institue of fashion technology(NIFT) for that i want to create a portfolio. the course which i want to do is FSAHION DESIGN so my portfolio is basically about garments and accesories.
        well i am designing few dresses so that i can click n put thr pics in my porfolio. and also my sketching is not very good but i try to sketch anyways i will be learning sketching .

                                  thx for replying. weel i guess i have no other option then to hope for the best.
                                  well i am doing the therapy now with no breaks although i don’t get time to b in sun but i try my best to get d max sun . i get home in the evening at 6 when thr is no sun but darkness.
