well u r right vit. is not a big thing.
if u have confidence n will power to do anything u can do it.
u know i didn’t had confidence to face this world i means i was do shy to talk to any1.
well now its not like tht , becoz of vit. i have changed my whole life ,i am more optimistic ,remain happy all the time.now i feel more confident n i think it depicts on my face now.
n this site has also helped me to gain confidence.
i have also started doing yoga i think it also helped me.
well swinzles pic r really nice.

well i dont know many teachers may b she’s thr coz i know only a few teachers of RM,its a good sub. but the teachers r soooooooooooo bad(esp.pooja gupta ewwwwhh).
congrats for swinzle.
van u r so very right bsc hons is damn tough,files,assignments,tests,products, projects,puppets,portfolios,ohhhhhh.u know at the time of exams v had hardly any time left for studies.
i donno when the coll. is opening but v’ll b going on 18th to check our results.hope it will b good.

hi vineet,
i thought so, the day i left chd. it was raining badly, i felt like staying thr more but could’t have to come back to delhi also.
ya i know how hot was the june month coz i was thr in chd. only.
well u’ll not believe me but in the last month i never sat in sun for even once,n today i went to my derm, he said u r getting very good results,u know the result is becoz of garlic n not sun . hahahaha . i felt like laughing when he said u r getting fine results coz he thought it is becoz of sun.
n here in delhi weather is fine but thr is sun visible for a small time, i sat in sun today after 22 may when i last went to my derm.
ya my massi lives in chandigarh. n ya no need to send tacroz coz i am thinking of starting tacroz forte(without my derm knowledge).
u know now tht i am repigmnting i am so very happy, i have started remaining happy. i think vit has made me much better than i used to be.
well i must thank god for tht.

well my doc. told me u can expose to sun before 1 pm anytime , its healthier , i mean does not contain harmful rays.

hru?its not tht tht tacroz is for children below 15, i have read the brouchere in it , but tacroz forte is strong n my doc said to u tacroz n not tacroz forte.
its not tht tht sunlight was not helping me, it would have helped me , but am a lil lazy abt. sitting in sun so i got the easy way out by using garlic, its the same as sitting in sun for 15 mins in summer n 1hr. in winters, so i thought its better .

well it seems tht same has happened to doth of us,the duration of vit. ,tratment plan, i also completed my +2 with PCMB.
thts great u r going to do engg. ,well best of luck.
weel u know u r ight this site is more helpful than any other doctor.
well i am using garlic,as its paste well not exactly paste but its water i apply it on alternate days and alternate days tacroz(not tacroz forte)
i eat garlic once in a while, coz i cant take more it tends to lower down my bp n my bp is already very low (at times) well u can take it daily if u dont have prob. of low bp or any allergy from it.i eat it soaked it water for overnight.
well the 1st time i applied garlic, the next day i saw the results i am very happy now.
ya i am studying in delhi n living here , i went to chd. but i am back now i was thr for a whole month.
