                If you vitiligo is spreading, surgery is a bad option. You’re just going to end up spending a lot of money and going through lot of effort, pain and downtime for nothing.

                  Hey,
                  When I visited India in Dec 2008 for melanocyte transplant @ Dr Paul’s, he prescribed Tacroz Forte (aka Protopic or Tacrolimus), Mometasone Furoste Creme and Melgain.

                  I have visited their website and read a little bit about how they claim it works. Seems somewhat plausible, so I am not yet discounting it as worthless.

                  I am trying this out on my hand and will post updates on how it works out. “nafisa_shaikh” from the above thread seems to have tried it with success.

                  It is relatively expensive (Rs 558/5ml or ~12 USD/5ml @ 1USD = 48 Rs exchange rate) and comes in a pretty small container.
