if you have more than just a handful of small spots, NB UVB is the way to go. You can buy a portable hand held unit or buy a more bulky 3 foot/6foot unit. I bought one a couple of years ago and it has worked reasonably well. It’s much more convenient that spending a ton of time applying protopic and dealing with the greasiness or going to the Doc’s office for NB UVB treatments.

Most of these swamis are a disgrace. Just like *********************. They claim to be all that, but they are nothing but pretenders. Trust me. You would be better off basing your decisions on rational thought than some BS from one of these guys,

I dont mean to be dismissive about eastern ideas. I think Yoga, TaiChi etc are truely useful, but there are a number of a**holes that just want to make a quick buck. So be careful with these guys that claim to healers with some generic BS.
