Hello!
The conference this weekend was great, I learned a lot and had a lot of fun! It was also great to be able to meet so many people from this website in real life, it truly makes you realize that you’re really not alone in this… It was great to be able to make new friends, and learn about others
I did my best to take notes for what I thought was important info to know, and tomorrow, when I’m a little bit more awake, I will post the info that I wrote down
On a side note, I just found out that I have celiac’s disease, which is another auto-immune disorder, and basically means that I have an intolerance/allergy to wheat products
What am I going to do??? The first thing to cross my mind wasn’t roti, it was carrah (sp?) which is made w/ semolina or flour, both derivatives of wheat then I thought about roti, parathas, samosas, etc… I already had to pass up on puri’s today at a friend’s pooja… I’m so upset when I think about it, and I’m doing all I can to not think about it, but it’s so hard… I’ve been looking it up online, and it’s just so confusing, and upsetting even more, so I stopped (for now). Sorry to go on about it, maybe because it’s brand new to me it’s so hard to take in…Until tomorrow…

I was starting to get a little worried there cuz I hadn’t heard from you. I know what u mean w/ being sooo busy and all, I have just over 2 weeks til the end of the semester, so it’s all about the papers due and exams right now ugh I haven’t really posted on this forum in a while, especially since the end of the brit-asian vits post…! I’ll try to post more, but for now, its about uni and work… and talking of which, I have to go to work now… so take care, ttyl!!
