    Vandana,
Thanks….CANCER! One of the most dreaded autoimmune disorder…So you can find a second generation genetic link …But I believe such hereditary links can be manufactured if we closely examine each family. Most important is our lifestyle….
She’s expecting on 9th Sept. Prayers for your FIL..

    Hi,
I agree with vandana. Also, not necessary that your child will have vitiligo. Genetic expression of vitiligo is obscure . Many vitiligo sufferers don’t have them transmitted to their children. And many who have vitiligo have their parents with healthy skin. My parents don’t have any of the autoimmune disorders…but I have vitiligo. There could be some hereditary component for autoimmune disorders and not specifically for vitiligo.
Having said this, can you spot out any family where you can’t find atleast one person with any one of the following…
Skin allergy, dust or cold allergy, Eczema, Alopecia, diabetes, thyroid disorders or hyperacidity. These are some of the many autoimmune disorders.
They are all genetic expressions/problems related to improper lifestyle and each of these can be normalised by healthy food and habits. I got married on Sept. 2003 and my wife is now 4 months pregnant.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. This is all we can do…

Best wishes and God bless you,

Melatonin is a hormone that’s partly responsible for a refreshed feeling after a good sleep. It’s released out into the urine when one wakes up. Charging it back into the body is the main motivation behind urine therapy. Learn more…

    Vandana,
The juice of the white stem in the middle of plantain( the banana plant) in an empty stomach in the morning also helps. On continuous use it cleanses the urinary tract as well as helps cure diabetes.

    Vandana,
I had suffered from severe gastric problems due to hyperacidity. I had been avoiding irritant foods for the last few years but started a regular routine only after I found vit. Of all the remedies I tried, I have found tender coconut water as the most effective . Give her One or more glasses of it. She will soon find relief. Caution!!!!!!!!! Not when she has cold or fever. Tender coconut water is a mild mucogenic and soothes the gastrointestinal tract. It’s a good source of potassium( http://coconutboard.nic.in/tendnutr.htm)and hence helps cellular transport. With inadequate potassium, cellular wastes are not efficiently transported into the extracellular spaces and carried away. Toxic material left to accumulate in the cell can cause premature cell death.
