    Vandana,
I had…before I noticed my vit. It went off once I started a controlled diet. Tender coconut water is a good tonic for it. You should strictly put her away from all fried, spicy , bakery foods. Make sure she sleeps well. What kind of liver problem she has..How did you diagnose it.

    Hi,
You should not miss any opportunity to get trained in meditation. AOL is good. I would say you should go ahead.

    Best wishes,

    Hi vandana,
Body keep its own friendly bacteria and unless they are destroyed there is no need to supplement them. All dairy products contain animal fat and are mucogenic in general. Even in the case of all nutrients, it’s better if one can take a balanced diet rather than depending upon supplements. Many nutrients from the food are better absorbed than those from supplements and supplementation may slow down the body’s inherent mechanisms to produce some of them.

    Hi vandana,
Thrice in a week we get green gram sprout in the mess, instead of dal. I feel it is sufficient protein source. Since I take banana
daily, I think my tyrosine level won’t be low (Tyrosine is the precursor for melanine . It is a non essential amino acid which is prepared in the body from phenyl alanine). Anyway I plan to have a complete check up for nutrient levels soon.
If junk foods are stopped, waste accumulation in the body falls. Sanyasis are capable of producing/storing maximum energy even from less matter. After all it’s proper functioning rather than composition and constitution, that matters.

    Hi,
Our digestive system is well suited to handle alkaline, non irritant, easy digestible, fiber rich food. It collapses when you stress it with food of opposite choice. The undigested food decays and produce toxic substances that are either eliminated out or absorbed into the body. Elimination stresses the cells of the excretory exits and absorption stresses the whole body. Controlled diet is the first step towards good health

    Vandana,
Are you talking about triphala, the ayurvedic formulation….? I have not tried. My digestive system now runs perfect with a diet without junk foods.

yeah, liver is like the dust bin of our body. The more the waste, the more load on it. There is assocation between unhealthy liver and vitiligo
