Hi Sia,

I have been treating Vitiligo for almost 15 years . First started with Trisorelan tablet and puva therapy. After 2 to 3 years of continues regimen I had some results. Then I got tired of it and changed to Auyervedic treatment. I did continue that for almost 10 years. Any way due to diet, and medicine spread was limited to an extent that I have now almost 10% patches in my body. Last vacation I had a medical test due to stomach problems and the doctor advised me to stop the Ayurvedic medicine due to high lead levels in the blood. So I discontinued that treatment since then. Vitiligo started spreading again. So 2 months back I started taking a tablet know as Leucodena (simillar to Neo Meladinin) + Vitamin B12 + Folic Acid + Elocom ointment and is taking sun bath in the morning on alternative days. But due to office hours I am able to sit in the sun almost half an hour only. Any way the spread is stopped and little dark spots are emerging on the patches. In July I am going for vacation to Kerala and hope the same treatment will continue and being a humid atmosphere there, hopefully will get better results.

Alternatively you may try Cover mark water proof concealer. If you have vit only on face it may be an ideal solution especially in a humid atmosphere like Kuwait.
