Today i met doctor.
He gave winomear – ingradients are, softgel capsules of methylcobalamine,omega 3 fatty acids,folic acid, vitamins and minerals.
Melonocyl ointment .
Tacroze forte cream.
Now UVB treatment also available at his clinic. But i don’t have that much time to go.

I going to start using these from today onwards.
I will post my results everyday.

I have one doubt, If tacroze forte touches other parts of the skin what happens?

Should we need to avoid dairy products.
Just from 20 days i am taking milk in the morning regularly. Actually i don’t like milk.

Whatever u told it exactly happend when i took steroids. I have vitiligo on my left hand. Now i am getting very small small white dots on my right hand. If doctor tells this one also comes under vitiligo, i can’t bare. For that reason i did’t meet doctor till now. God has to save me……………………
