If you’d like for people to contact you directly, you can set up your email account through Preferences at the top of the page. Once you’ve done so, and envelope icon will appear under your username that people can click on to email you. Once you’re on private email, you can exchange phone numbers if you’d like. Posting email addresses and phone numbers publicly isn’t allowed for your own protection per our Terms of Service (check them out near the bottom of the blue bar on the left).
Our FAQ has a lot of very helpful information about treatments that have helped many, though not everyone. The face is generally the easiest to treat. Protopic – in India, it’s sold as Tacroz, but I don’t know about Dubai – and narrowband UVB are usually the ones that work best, though there are others.
