            She hasn’t treated for a couple of years now, so no progress to report – the reverse, unfortunately. She wants to start back, but she’s so busy it’s hard to find the time even with a home narrowband unit. Just have to work it into the routine again.

            Yes, I did know that Van was going through the depigmentation process with her daughter. They tried lots of things for a long time. I miss having her here more often.

            I hope the research progresses well, too! There’s certainly a lot more interest than there used to be, and Dr. Spritz seems to be making real progress.

                  I don’t believe that’s true. Most vitiligo is progressive, and most people do not have additional autoimmune diseases. My daughter’s has spread over the years and she has no other health problems. Also, treating the other disease(s) if you have them does not usually help the vitiligo.

                  How’s the depigmentation going?
