Dr. Shah’s treatment is generally accepted as a scam here. I don’t know of anyone who has been helped by it, or actually by homeopathy. Please read the FAQ for treatments that seemed to help more people. Protopic, that you will read about in there, is known as Tacroz in India, and is readily available.
There is also a search function on the left that you can use to look up old posts about topics that interest you, like Dr. Shah.
