There are studies that claim there’s increased T cell production in people who excercise.

If you do not have a VSI account, you can quickly create one here!I actually grinded up the neem leaves to produce a past which I rubbed into my patches, then I proceeded to go into the sun, kind of like a topical paste. Really, I think its all about timing, I was extremely stable when I tried this, no spreading what so ever. And yes, I got plenty of sun on my eye, I’m brown skinned so here’s the chronology of how the eye went. Started pink, edges were jagged, got redder and redder as time progressed, then gradually blended into the sides more and finally a good brown.
