My vit is about 2 to 3 percent, hence I suppose it is much wide-spread. But unfortunately my maternal aunt had it as did her paternal aunt. So as you can visualise it has been there in the family. But interestingly, these are the only peole who have it. And the tree has many branches. I am have gone through the phases of malanocyly, neosoralen and steroids. At present I am using Tacrose or Protopic and so far it hasn’t had much effect.
What makes me worried is finding some tiny patches on my son’s body.
I am not sure this Kapal….asan or Yogo will help for vit. But I am doing the Sudarshan Kriya prescribed by Art of living poeple as it is believed that tension accetuates vt. and this reportedly soothens the nerve alleviating tension.
    Thanks.

    Hello,
In my case, after noticing this patches I am definitely made up my mind not to go for any further issue. Yes, it is very depressing to find patches of vt. almost getting transferred onto your little one.
Actually in my case, the vt. patches developed after I got married. So that way, I didn’t face any difficulty during marriage.
Van, are you talking about the shows of swami Ramdas?
