I haven`t tried any of these. had bought neem to give to my daughter but never got around to doing it. she hates popping all the pills ! i have used liv 52 for some yrs for swinzle and found it to be very effetcive for her liver which used to be dysfuntional. I think someone shd try tulsi and neem.
juhi,
the size of the pic shd be about 80 by 90 or something like that. make sure its a close up kind of pic.. or else it will look tiny. otherwise crop the pic so that only u are visible from the surroundings.
if u are still having probs mail it to me: [email protected]
hope this helps ! ya one more thing if u are not aware… there is member`s regsitry.. ( left blue bar under INTERACT)u can create that if u wish.. then icons will appear under ur name where ppl can look up ur details and e. mail add.Interesting….!! So u are having a tasty medicine these days..lol. i have read some talk about basil and basil oil being good for vitiligo…. so it boils down to the same thing. As always, i think, time is the best healer besides keeping urself so occupied that u have no time to dwell on unpleasant things.

i am already onto the path of cheering up

Good to hear that rashmi….Thanx for the info… rajan. garlic juice… ohh good.. people say it causes redness.. ..get some sun.. and that shd help. i think garlic somehow irritates the skin and it may probabaly trigger some melanocytes into action !
gosh steroids and puva.. must have been hard for u. anti cancer supposed to work for vit ??
i have seen even if u get pigment back with any treatment.. u need to be on a maintainance treatment to stop u from losing it.sighhhhhi hardeep, good to hear from u…. and also learn about ur welfare. how have things been with u ??
I have always seen whenever i embark on a treatment it has always spread for my daughter. But mostly steroid creams have not made it spread.
I am thoroughly impressed by your discipilined diet !! ohhh man that must be taking an iron willpower to stick to ..lol i would feel forever hungry on such a diet..lol so do u carry ur dabba to work ??
yea i have always been vegetarian tho the kids n hubby eat…. but maybe once a week types. The kids i have noticed are gradually getting less inclined towards non veg.
Over the past year and a half or so, my metabolism has been giving me probs too. Hyperacidity. Medication does not help and even diet does not. Still i stick to a diet of lightly cooked veggies, salads, lots of fruits and soya milk. I do take rice ,chappatis and bread. Have given up on fried stuff, spicy things, tea coffee and processed food.Like u once a month or so i indulge in something fried..samosa etc.sighhhhhhhhh. A friend has been telling me to give up on wheat but thats so difficult. i think once u cross over 40 some ailment or the other plagues u !You must log on to your VSI account to access this page.

what do u use ?? how much of vit do u have ?Well its a puzzle what really causes vit ! There is a lot of talk about turmeric causing vitiligo on the main msg board huh ?!
Tell me more… how can u cut out sugar ??? gawd i hv a horrible sweet tooth ! so what do u eat ?? u have given up rice and wheat ??? eat only mangoes ?? lol
Logically ur vit should have become better how long have u been off the processed foods ??me totally vegetarian, not even egg, except in cakes ! As they say vit incidence highest among indians… and i always think in some way our diet , maybe the wheat in gluten is the culprit.
