hey thats good.. a disciplined victor… but only for diet n excercise.. so still chasing all the girls in town ???i was delighted to read…vit not spreading..thats great nenws i guess tress , tension are really bad for it. give the alsi.. (is it flaxseed ?? ) a try its supposed to be very good…

whats the news on the girlfriends front ?? at my end.. swinzle has a 2 week break and i have to chase her away from the pc and the tv all day long.. groannnnn. i shall post her pic shortly..
