I have always told u depiggg ppl look great… and so do u… but u never agree with me !
Our eyes become so eaglish that we can pick out the vitiligo ppl and the depig ppl so easily isn`t it. earlier i would hv passed a depig person without knowing he was depig !

As u have already gomne thru…we have to try several treatments before we come across something which helps us…. its a constant battle with vitiligo. From what i have heard some lady repigmented after 6-8 mths of doing kapal bhati… but then everybody has their own unique constitutions and reasons as to why they have viitilgo. i guess these asans and kriya all have some stress busting elements and so shd be good for u. Its not easy, but one has to learn to accept viitligo or there is constant tension and depression inside u. Cheer up…

Are u taking some treatment ?? I feel, if u treat it right on the onset aggresively and it is limited in its spread then it is so much easier to treat.

nope i don`t have vitiligo. i was just onto yoga to keep fitter… once u hit ur forties numerous health issues start creeping up on u. I am not aware of this paste u mentioned. when u go to India, get hold of the Cds which u get of this swami on yoga, they are good. Going for diwali to india , where place ??

i think ur mom must be talking about kapal bhati.. which they show on a channel every morning. My sister in law has done this course of the swami ( forget his name ) and according to her.. there was a lady with viitligo and she started repigmenting after six mnths and has nearly regained all her pigment. wooo hooo ! i myself am following this yoga for past 3 mnths now. I have also been trying to make my duaghter to do it…..regularly but she is erratic. you get cds n such stuff of it.. i had got one from india.

maybe some ppl from india will shd light on it….
