hey sorry i had u guys worried.. i shd have come here earlier…. just been so busy… after my operation took sometime to get back on my feet ! too many events , commitments. somehow i needed a break.Thank u for ur concern… its so nice to know that u all care how have u been ??? Lots of messages for me to catch up on.. and i promise to come here more often ! I mat mariam.. and she told me oh ppl are wondering … gosh did not realise.. i was being missed… lol

i shifted house thats why i was away.. what a pain !!!!! …..and in a week`s time i am off to india.. for a wedding and to see my mom , who has not been keeping well.

swinzle`s vitiligo is spreading like crazy…. its all over her face and arms.. i am letting it spread.she does not seem bothered.. and i admire her white skin nowdays so she feels quite good about it..

kids till a certain age are not bothered about vit..unless somebody teases them about it… and ur son at his age would not be bothered at all. … so don`t really need to talk much to him.only while treating swinzle.. i used to tell her about vitiligo.. and how common it is in india.. and lot of people around the world have it. … so its not a big deal. i asked her not to give it any importance. while treating her i always told her this will bring back ur colour… i never covered up for her.. tho i did buy cover up creams. we always kept her occupied and her confidence boosted… by telling her she is looking good, pretty and all that. Morever, she was a cheerful, friendly person so most ppl at school like her. if u r going for a wedding and are worried about the questions, stares and advice which ppl tend to give.. i would advice that u cover up..if its a small area.its worth it.. .. maybe ur son won`t be bothered with ppl`s questions.. but it does get to the parents for sure ! don`t let ur tension and worry communicate to ur child.. learn to relax… and enjoy whatever life has to offer.. with vitiligo. Appreciate every small thing ur child does, boost his confidence at every step, don`t overwhelm him with worrying and fussing.
