              Bejoy,
              The puzzle is… that my FIL ….a total health person. Excercise, yoga, meditation, healthy diet,naturopathy, fasting to cleanse his body, living in a small place.. where enviornmental pollution was much less.. had several hobbies.. to keep him occupied, no stress in life as such…. YET !!! I have yet to see a person with such healthy habits.Guess everybody has to go some way… he is 86. Thanks.

                  sorry have been extremely busy so not dropped in here so often. Hubby left for India yesterday…as my FIL is in bad shape..cancer.
                  Good luck with ur thesis submission.. i am sure u will do well. I am also happy to know that the vit is not spread…. with the change in dietary habits it should be so. I was just reading in the other message that your wife is carrying.. :) Do let me know.. when the li`l one arrives !! Good wishes to u and your wife… god bless. Keep in touch…

                      Sorry to hear about your vitiligo. I think the joy of having a kid should not be overshadowed by doubts about the baby having vitiligo. Its the greatest feeling to conceive and carry and bring a child into this world, so don`t let vitiligo frighten u…. but then of course everybody has their own ways of thinking about it. Adopting a kid is not the same thing as giving it life yourself….a nd who knows an adopted child may have vitiligo too.. or some other problem. If u have gone thru a traumatic period… i can understand the fear and insecurities…but don`t let them rule u to that extent that u fear bearing a kid.
                      just my thoughts…
