          Bejoy,
what exactly did u suffer from.. or just general gastric ? Its so diffciult o keep a child on a diet. I try to as much as I can. She herself is a good understanding kid but all the same a kid ! I was told by my brother in law who is a doc ( In India ) that vitiligo is often associated with a weak liver. Then some other dermatologists told me the same. I did a liver funtion test( blood ) and found she was low in enzymes( lactate dehydrogenase etc ) globulin, bilirubin and protein absorption ( she used to take 3-4 glasses of milk plus other protein foods )was also low. I have put her on liv 52 since the past 11/2 years and found her liver to be functioning better.

Doctors have advised me… people who vitiligo may suffer from liver dysfuntion and have a tendency for thyroid problems as well as diabetes. A blood test i do every year to see if all is well.

Tender coconut… how does it work , anything special in it ?

hi… As bejoy said u MUST take the course….. it will help u tremendously. You must realise that there is an imbalance in the body…. hence the vitiligo and other problems. These cannot be resolved by superficial creams and stuff…. u have to get your body to funtion properly. At times when one is depressed , down and out… the meditation etc really helps.

That was indeed good ! It will take sometime to go thru it all. I was looking for one such site… and all i had come across were paid downloads for meditation.

                        Thanks for that info.
Sprouts are rich in vitamins as well. I don`t eat non veg but wish i could give up dairy, but i love curds and i feel it keeps the intestinal flora, right. Lot of people, i have read, take acidophilus /probiotic tablets to fight those yeast n other infections in the stomach and replenish their flora. what are your thoughts on that ?

Thanks bejoy… sometimes the going seems difficult. Right now she is repigmenting at some places and depigmenting at others.. ! For one and a half years i did not treat her.. and the vitiligo was stationary.. but now with melanocyl… its spreading. Anyways, trying my best.. rest is upto God !
