Hi saurabh,
nice to know ya ..a nd its good to see more people on this board.. which used to quite a dead place earlier. I understand how it can be.. if u are studying and working.. never have the time to cook !
Haldi i think basically is like an anti toxic agent. Let us know if it helps.
Soya milk.. nope don`t really add anything in it. I just buy whats available in the supermarket.. the one with less sugar. my daughter loves it… so who knows u may like it too !!!! lol. let me not put u off..it. People say it tastes best chilled.
For my daughter… right now applying melanocyl topical. her vitiligo is extensive. I have been thru a no of treatments.. steroid creams, UVB, psoralen , protopic / elidel….
happy holi…
vandanahello sanju,
With ayurvedic medicine there isa lot of diet restriction and perhaps thats the reason it works.. if u eliminate all the bad things from ur diet.. ur system will be so much better.. ha ha. Once a doctor in India told me.. that vitiligo is somehow associated with a weak digestive system.. coud be the liver or whatever else… so these non veg foods are heavy and difficult to digest.. .. and put a strain on the system. With my daughterI have seen she does have problem.. digesting heavy food…
